1. The service
Define the VPN service, supported platforms, and that features may change with notice.
2. Acceptable use
- No scanning or attacking third parties through the network.
- No spam, botnets, or circumventing fraud controls.
- Respect intellectual property and local law where you operate.
3. Tokens and Access
Age requirements, credential security, and suspension rules for chargebacks or abuse.
4. Liability
Cap damages, disclaim warranties to the extent permitted, and carve out gross negligence where required.
